Job summary

TruTeam in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Warehouse Specialist to perform a variety of material handling duties, including load in/load out, inventory, receiving and shipping, ensuring compliance with company policies. You will support store operations and help keep the facility safe and organized.

This role requires attention to safety, physical endurance, forklift certification, and the ability to stand 8–10 hours. Local travel is minimal.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years.
• If operating a vehicle for company purposes, a valid driver's license is required.
• Forklift certification is required.
• Strong math skills are required.
• Ability to stand for 8–10 hours to perform job tasks.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload installer’s trucks; adhere to Load In / Load Out policies.
• Pull/assemble customer orders and check outbound orders for accuracy.
• Perform inventory stock checks, restock and label vendor products.
• Maintain displays and organize materials (tools, caulk, etc.).
• Move, store and replenish materials; conduct daily cycle counts.
• Receive and inspect incoming material orders from vendors.
• Cycle count inventory and report wear/defects to supervision.
• Ensure loads are complete and secured to minimize damage.
