Qualifications

• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency in receiving software and systems.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Familiarity with inventory systems or ERP software is a plus.
• Forklift certification is an advantage but not required.

Responsibilities

• Order fulfillment: Pick, pack and prepare outgoing shipments.
• Shipping coordination: Process labels and documents.
• Inspection: Check incoming goods for defects or discrepancies.
• Inventory Management: Update inventory systems and labeling.
• Documentation: Complete logs and maintain records.
• Equipment Use: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
• Coordination: Support receiving, shipping, inventory, and quality control.
• Stock Organization: Keep receiving area clean and safe.
• Returns: Process returned items and coordinate with vendors.
