Job summary

Pilgrim’s is seeking a Warehouse Lead for nights to supervise operations and maintain the scale equipment. The role requires forklift certification, scanner experience, and reliable teamwork to ensure accurate order fulfillment and inventory control.

Qualifications

• Pallet Jack or forklift certification.
• Hand held scanner experience.
• Basic computer skills: Excel, Word, email usage.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs or more.
• Read, write and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee general operation and basic maintenance of the auto scale.
• Perform manual scaling at the reweigh station and assist with rework.
• Ensure inventory accuracy with daily scale adjustment reports.
• Rotate stock and operate forklift and pallet jack safely.
• Load trucks and assist customers with orders using Telxon equipment.
• Maintain clean work area through daily sanitation and report issues to Supervisor.
• Other duties as assigned.
