Job summary

Pilgrim’s is seeking a Warehouse Worker Nights to support packing and shipping operations. You will operate the scale, perform basic maintenance, and load/unload pallets for night-time shipments, while adhering to safety guidelines.

Responsibilities include handling 50 lb cases, using Telxon equipment, and maintaining inventory accuracy with daily scale adjustments. The role requires teamwork, the ability to work in a cold environment, and adherence to company policies.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in cold environments.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs or more.
• Effective teamwork and communication.
• Basic math skills required.
• Experience with Telxon or similar scanning tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate auto scale and perform basic maintenance.
• Reweigh station operations and manual scaling.
• Stack boxes weighing 50 pounds on pallets by product code.
• Assist with rework and returns as needed.
• Maintain inventory accuracy with daily scale reports.
• Rotate stock as required.
• Operate forklift and pallet jack safely.
• Load trucks manually and with equipment up to 50 pounds per case.
• Fill customer orders using Telxon equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation.
• Report shipping problems to supervisor or lead.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
