Job summary

Pilgrim’s is seeking a Warehouse Lead for night shift in Cold Spring, Minnesota. You’ll oversee general operations, assist with scale maintenance, and ensure accurate inventory while leading a small team. Key duties include safety, order accuracy, forklift operation, and supporting continuous improvement.

This role requires strong teamwork, English proficiency, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Compensation includes a base hourly rate of $23.91 with a $1.00 shift differential, full benefits

Qualifications

• Leadership experience
• Pallet Jack or forklift certification
• Hand held scanner experience
• Basic computer skills such as Excel, Microsoft Word and use of emails
• Ability to work in cold environment
• Ability work well with others
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. Or more
• Demonstrate ability to read, write and speak English
• Demonstrated ability to perform basic math skills including: addition, subtraction, division, multiplication (Prove it test)

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the general operation and a basic maintenance of the auto scale.
• Performs manual scaling at the reweigh station, including general operation and basic maintenance.
• Assists with rework by either repairing the cases or identifying cases for return.
• Assures inventory accuracy by submitting daily scale adjustment reports.
• Rotates stock as required.
• Operates forklift and pallet jack safely and efficiently.
• Loads trucks both with equipment and by hand which vary in weight up to 50 pounds per case.
• Ability to fill customer orders accurately using Telxon equipment.
• Keep area clean by performing daily general sanitation.
• Reports shipping problems or concerns to Supervisor.
• Other duties as assigned.
