Pilgrim’s is hiring for a Warehouse Lead Nights. The role focuses on supervising night shift operations, operating the auto scale, and maintaining equipment safety in a cold warehouse environment.

Requirements include leadership experience, pallet jack or forklift certification, handheld scanner experience, basic computer skills, and the ability to lift 50 lbs. Candidates should be able to read, write and speak English and work well with others.

Qualifications

• : Leadership experience required to manage night shift teams.
• : Pallet jack or forklift certification is required.
• : Hand held scanner experience.
• : Basic computer skills including Excel, Word and emails are needed.
• : Ability to work in cold environment.
• : Ability to work well with others and be a team player.
• : Must be able to lift 50 lbs or more.
• : Demonstrate ability to read, write and speak English.

Responsabilités

• Responsible for the general operation and basic maintenance of the auto scale.
• Performs manual scaling at the reweigh station, including general operation and basic maintenance.
• Assists with rework by repairing cases or identifying cases for return.
• Ensures inventory accuracy by submitting daily scale adjustment reports.
• Rotates stock as required and operates forklift and pallet jack safely.
• Loads trucks with equipment and by hand up to 50 lbs per case.
• Fills customer orders accurately using Telxon equipment.
• Maintains clean work area through daily sanitation tasks.
• Reports shipping problems to Supervisor and performs other duties as assigned.
