Job summary

CONMED is seeking an Overnight Warehouse Lead in Lithia Springs, GA, with a schedule of 8pm–4:30am, Sunday to Thursday, including occasional overtime. You will process shipments, ensure accuracy in WMS uploads via RF scanners, and support shipping and receiving in a cross-functional team.

The role requires 4–7 years in a warehouse, leadership experience preferred, and solid proficiency with Excel/Word/Outlook, plus strong written and verbal communication.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years in a warehouse environment.
• Experience with WMS systems preferred.
• Previous leadership role strongly preferred.
• Intermediate skills with Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to read, understand and carry out written procedures and standard work instructions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to perform math skills such as adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing.
• Understanding of Warehouse Management Systems and RF Scanners.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to supervisor as it relates to company objectives, training, evaluating performance, and communication.
• Responsible for ensuring shipments are accurately uploaded into the WMS using an RF Scanner.
• Assist in the successful shipping and receiving of items in a cross-functional environment.
• Examining goods for damage, defects, or discrepancies.
• Checking received items against purchase orders and packing slips to ensure accuracy in quantity and description.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
• Including tracking key metrics related to efficiency.
