Job summary

Lineage is seeking a warehouse associate for a Sunday-Thursday night shift in our Chicago facility. You will operate material handling equipment, pick and pack palletized items, and use RF scanning to verify counts and locations. The role requires lifting up to 40 lbs and working in cold or dry storage conditions with provided PPE.

Qualifications

• Must be able to identify products through reading, interpreting, and scanning pallet identification numbers.
• Basic math skills to perform counts and basic calculations.
• Ability to understand instructions in English as defined by Lineage Logistics.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs./18 kgs; weight may be more depending on facility.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule and shift, including weekends if needed.

Responsibilities

• Move products, equipment, and materials on and off trucks or within the facility using material handling equipment.
• Put away palletized units by lifting forks for placement into racks above floor height.
• Pick palletized units from rack locations above floor height and prepare for outbound shipment.
• Record materials and counts via RF system and verify items for shipping.
• Read and follow computerized work orders to determine quantities and locations.
• Document damages and discrepancies to supervisors or leads.
• Wrap pallets for shipping and ensure stock is secured before transport.
