Night Warehouse Associate - Kennewick, WA

Night Warehouse Associates play a pivotal role at Columbia Distributing. They are responsible for picking and preparing customer orders accurately for our delivery team. Working as a team is a critical part of this position's success.

Primary Responsibilities

• Accurately pick customer orders using an electric pallet jack and/or other provided technology
• Perform all duties related to shipping and picking‑to‑pallet of products
• Maintain safety, quality, and productivity standards
• Demonstrate positive, cooperative, and team‑oriented behavior with co‑workers, supervisors, managers consistent with the Company's Core Values at all times
• Complete all other tasks or projects as assigned

Compensation

• Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and specific location.
