Job summary

Columbia Distributing is seeking Night Warehouse Associates to accurately pick and prepare customer orders for the delivery team. This role emphasizes teamwork and reliability in a mostly indoor warehouse environment.

Responsibilities include using an electric pallet jack, shipping and pallet picking, and maintaining safety and quality standards. Candidates should be able to read and follow safety rules and work well under deadlines.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18+ for eligibility.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in a warehouse or logistics is a plus.
• Experience using a pallet jack is desirable.
• Good reading/writing in English to interpret safety rules and manuals.

Job description

Night Warehouse Associates play a pivotal role at Columbia Distributing. They are responsible for picking and preparing customer orders accurately for our delivery team. Working as a team is a critical part of this position's success.

Primary Responsibilities

• Accurately pick customer orders using an electric pallet jack and/other provided technology
• Perform all duties related to shipping and picking picking-to-pallet of products
• Maintain safety, quality, and productivity standards
• Demonstrate positive, cooperative, and team-oriented behavior with co-workers, supervisors, managers consistent with those of the Company's Core Values at all times
• Complete all other tasks or projects as assigned

Compensation

• Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and specific location.
