Job summary

Cardinal Health's Aurora facility is seeking team members for warehouse operations. The role supports receipt, storage, and shipment of products, with night shifts and potential overtime. You will help fulfill orders, participate in cross-training, and ensure a safe, compliant workspace.

Starting at $22.35 per hour with benefits, the team collaborates to move products efficiently through the distribution center, aiding patient care and customer service.

Qualifications

• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Flexible to work overtime and various shift hours.
• Able to operate in a fast-paced distribution environment with meeting quotas.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill orders by accurately picking, packing and preparing for shipment.
• Cross-train in multiple warehouse areas and participate in projects as needed.
• Occasionally wear steel-toed boots as required by duties.
• Work in cold temperatures during parts of the shift.
• Perform housekeeping and inventory control to maintain a clean, safe environment.
• Train and certify to operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklift, order picker).
