Job summary

Cardinal Health's Aurora facility is seeking team-oriented warehouse associates to support pharmaceutical distribution. You will receive, pick, pack, and ship orders while maintaining accuracy and safety in a fast-paced, overnight environment.

Roles involve occasional cold work conditions, possible training on material handling equipment, and opportunities to grow with a comprehensive benefits package. Prior warehouse experience is helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Able to bend, reach, stoop, lift and stand for entire shift.
• Flexible to work overtime as needed.
• Follow directions and adapt to priority changes.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with computers or POS systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill orders by picking, packing and preparing for shipment.
• Cross-train in multiple warehouse areas as needed.
• May wear steel-toed boots during shift.
• Work in cold temperatures during portions of the shift.
• Maintain clean and safe work environment and perform inventory tasks.
• Train and be certified to operate material handling equipment.
