Job summary

Cardinal Health in Needham, MA is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our Distribution team. You will receive, pick, pack, and ship orders, ensuring accuracy and quality while maintaining safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

No prior warehouse experience is required; training starts on day one. Overtime may be needed based on business needs, with a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401k and more.

Qualifications

• We are open to candidates with little to no warehouse experience.
• All training is provided starting your first day!

Responsibilities

• Follow established process to fulfill orders: pick, pack, and prepare for shipment.
• Cross-training in multiple warehouse areas and participate in projects.
• Housekeeping and inventory control to maintain a safe, clean environment.
• Be trained and certified to operate material handling equipment as required.
