Job summary

Pepsi Bottling Ventures LLC is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our team. The role involves safely operating forklift, supporting shredder room operations, and handling pallets, loading, unloading, and material counts in our warehouse.

Shift is Sun–Thurs 6:00pm–2:30am. You must pass forklift assessment and work in a non climate-controlled environment, adhering to GMP and safety rules. We offer comprehensive benefits and a path for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must pass forklift skills assessment and safely operate PBV equipment.
• At least six months of forklift experience preferred.
• Computer/HMI skills.
• Mechanical aptitude.
• Good math, reading, writing, and communication skills.
• Sorting and grouping skills.
• Must read and understand load ticket instructions.
• Must count large quantities of products.
• Must read/hear procedures for performing work.
• Must work in a non climate-controlled warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Safely operates recycle machine and other warehouse equipment.
• Operates material handling equipment to store, stage, retrieve and load/unload products.
• Utilizes various equipment (forklifts, pallets, conveyors) as designated.
• Identifies machine faults and troubleshoots system errors.
• Performs safety and pre-trip checks on machinery.
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of the work area.
• Adheres to GMP and food safety guidelines.
• Ensures accuracy and quality of work.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
