Job summary

PepsiCo Inc. in Youngwood, PA is seeking a warehouse associate to hand build pallets for bulk and route trucks, and to operate a forklift to move products efficiently. You will use an electronic order system to ensure loading accuracy and assist with loading/unloading as needed.

The role requires non-traditional shifts, weekend work, and you must be able to perform physical labor. On-the-job training is provided, with a fast-paced environment and opportunities for long-term growth within PepsiCo.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to perform physical labor (with or without accommodation).
• Must be available for non-traditional shifts and weekend work.
• May require forklift operation or forklift certification.

Responsibilities

• Hand build pallets of product for bulk and route trucks following instructions.
• Use electronic order system or sheets to ensure loading accuracy.
• Operate a forklift and/or power pallet jack to move product to picking areas and build pallets/loads.
• Wrap and secure pallets/loads for transport.
• Stage pallets and load product into trailers or trucks; handle returned pallets.
• Mark load tickets for out-of-stock items and submit paperwork before loading.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment following housekeeping standards.
