Scholastic in Colorado is hiring a part-time, seasonal Warehouse Associate working 3:30 PM–11 PM with a flexible schedule on weekdays. The role involves packing, picking, inventory tasks, and basic warehouse operations to support Scholastic book fairs.

The position offers $18.50 per hour with an additional $1.50 second shift pay for hours after 2 PM, plus benefits including a 401(k) with company match and a 50% merchandise discount.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to demonstrate basic product scanner proficiency effectively with minimal errors.
• Strong team player with good verbal and written communication skills and basic math abilities.
• Ability to read safety rules and operating instructions in English.

Responsibilities

• Assist in packing book fairs by boxing and displaying products according to standards.
• Demonstrate proficiency in packing all components for cases, boxes, and displays.
• Meet or exceed production, accuracy, and quality standards.
• Assist in processing returns and inventory checks.
• Assist in picking and packing customer reorders.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and safe work area at all times.
• May operate motorized pallet jacks after successful training.
• Support physical inventory and event activities.
