Job summary

Scholastic is seeking a part-time, seasonal Warehouse Associate in Colorado. Shift runs 3:30 PM to 11:00 PM with a flex schedule on weekdays.

The role offers $18.50 per hour plus a $1.50 second-shift premium for hours after 2 PM, plus benefits including a 401(k) match and a 50% discount on company merchandise. You will assist in packing, sorting, and stocking, operate basic scanners, help with inventory, and ensure safety and neatness in the warehouse.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to demonstrate basic product scanner proficiency with minimal errors.
• Strong team player and good verbal/written communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist in packing book fairs by packing cases, boxes, and displays to standards.
• Demonstrate proficiency in packing all components for cases and displays.
• Meet production, accuracy, or quality targets and keep outbound items in good condition.
• Assist in processing returns, unpacking cases and displays following procedures.
• Monitor inventory levels to ensure proper packing of book fair items.
• Learn basic scanner proficiency for inquiries and replenishment requests.
• Assist in picking and packing customer reorders.
