Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a warehouse associate to support order picking, packing, and shipping operations in a fast-paced facility. The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, operating PIT equipment, and standing for long shifts.

Primary hours are Monday–Friday from 1:00 pm to 9:30 pm with potential overtime. Cardinal Health offers comprehensive benefits and a strong safety culture.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for 8+ hours.
• Willing to operate power industrial trucks (PIT) and work at heights up to 25 feet.
• Capable of performing in a fast-paced warehouse while meeting hourly standards.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick, pack, and ship product.
• Perform routine tasks and resolve problems per SOPs.
• Maintain inventory integrity and product safety.
• Operate hand-held RF units/scanners and communicate with the team.
• Participate in meetings and escalate concerns to management.
