Cardinal Health is seeking a Warehouse Operations team member to pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment in a fast-paced environment. Training starts on day one, with opportunities to learn multiple warehouse areas.

The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, comfort with heights, and good communication skills. Forklift experience is preferred, with formal certification supported by the company.

Qualifications

• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Comfort with heights up to 30 ft.
• Able to follow directions and adapt to changing priorities.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with technology or POS systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Follows established process to fulfill orders: picking, quality checks, packing, and preparing for shipment.
• Cross-trains in multiple warehouse areas and supports projects as needed.
• Performs housekeeping and inventory control to maintain a safe workspace.
• Willingness to train and become certified to operate material handling equipment.
