The Onsite Services Crib Associate role at Mapleton, IL is a 3rd shift, part-time position handling warehouse and inventory tasks, order processing, picking, packing, staging, and shipping to support inventory integrity. You will report to the On-Site Service Manager and perform crib-related duties with a focus on accuracy, safety, and customer support.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of experience in related field.
• Lift 25 to 60 lbs.
• Operate computerized scanning equipment and SAP.
• Customer service and sales growth oriented.

Responsibilities

• Receive product from multiple sources including Grainger competitors; put away product and maximize cube space.
• Process backorders to fulfill customer orders and meet order ready times.
• Picks & stages customer orders to achieve our goals and Customer expectations.
• Pick and prepare orders for customer. (tracking items removed from crib)
• Perform inventory counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Grounds keeping and trash collection/disposal to provide a clean appearance for customers and employees.
• Support customer service by assisting customers picking up and loading product.
• Resolve customer problems promptly in a manner to retain and promote customer loyalty.
