Cardinal Health in Swedesboro, NJ is seeking a warehouse associate to support order fulfillment on a Sunday-Thursday night shift. You will follow SOPs, operate RF scanning, and prepare pallets for shipment while maintaining safety and accuracy.

The role requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, and using material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts. This position offers competitive hourly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1-2 years of related warehouse/distribution center experience preferred.
• Able and willing to work in walk-in refrigerator set at 36°F-42°F for up to 8 hours.
• Automated or RF warehouse experience beneficial.
• Ability to operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, cherry/order pickers, reach trucks, forklifts) as needed.
• Ability to work standing for long periods with frequent stooping or bending.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Fluent in the English language with the ability to read and write preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs to process orders including picking, QC checks, sorting, consolidating freight, building and wrapping pallets, packing and loading for shipment.
• Cross-train in multiple areas of the warehouse and participate in projects as assigned.
• Cross-train in Inbound and Outbound areas.
• Receive large boxes on dock, scan product with RF scanner, and input data into computer.
• Break down cases and operate heavy equipment to replenish warehouse.
• Use voice pick system to select large case items and place on carts.
• Palletize items and wrap for shipment; pack small items into boxes.
• Operate material handling equipment as required.
• Perform housekeeping and inventory control to maintain a safe, clean environment.
