Qualified candidates typically have a high school diploma or GED, 1–2 years of warehouse experience, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. RF scanning and voice-picking experience are a plus, with English reading/writing preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1-2 years of related warehouse experience preferred.
• Able to work in walk-in refrigerator 36°F–42°F for up to 8 hours or longer.
• Ability to operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, order pickers, reach trucks, forklifts) as needed.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Fluent in English with reading/writing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs to process orders, including picking, quality checks, sorting, consolidating freight, packing, and preparing orders for shipment.
• Cross-train in multiple warehouse areas and participate in projects as assigned.
• Receive large boxes, scan products with RF scanner, and input data into computer.
• Operate voice-picking system to select large items and place on carts.
• Palletize items for shipment and assist with loading; use equipment as required.
