Job summary

Ace Parking Management is seeking a customer service–driven valet in Seattle to greet guests, park and retrieve vehicles, and handle basic fee inquiries, while delivering a welcoming experience.

You will work in a team, follow safety policies, maintain lot cleanliness, and ensure accurate records. Compensation ranges from $21.30 to $22.00 per hour plus tips, with vacation and holiday benefits for full-time and part-time staff.

Qualifications

• Physical ability to move quickly and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Previous valet or customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and professionally, establishing a positive first impression.
• Effectively communicate parking procedures and fees to guests.
• Assist customers with any questions or concerns and handle issues calmly.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Promptly and safely park and retrieve vehicles following company policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of parked vehicles and ensure keys are securely stored.
