Qualifikationen

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience: No prior experience required but familiarity with controls and pumps is expected.
• Preferred: building automation or energy management system exposure.

Aufgaben

• Operates the Central Data Acquisition System and monitors campus alarms.
• Remotely monitor and control EMS components such as air handlers, pumps, and temperatures.
• Dispatch appropriate staff to respond to alarms that cannot be controlled remotely.
• Record alarm events and customer requests in the log for work orders.
• Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.
