Job summary

Allied Universal, North America’s leading security and facility services company, seeks a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed in Florence, KY. You will patrol, deter incidents, monitor access, and deliver professional customer service at a logistics location.

Responsibilities include responding to alarms and incidents, documenting activity, and maintaining a visible presence to support a safe, well-managed environment. CPR preferred and 18+ years old.

Qualifications

• Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Hold CPR certification preferred.
• Have customer service experience preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
• Background check required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and employees at a logistics location.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of warehouse areas, loading docks, and perimeters.
• Verify credentials and direct authorized visitors and deliveries.
• Respond to incidents calmly and complete required reports.
• Observe and report irregular conditions to site leadership.
