Job summary

Qualifications
- Ultrasound physics knowledge and Doppler techniques.
- Knowledge of cross-sectional/vascular anatomy.
- Ability to perform independent procedures to Radiologist standards.
Responsibilities
- Performs ultrasound exams per orders and protocols.
- Verifies patient identity and collects clinical history.
- Positions patients and equipment to obtain optimal images.
- Documents in EMR and PACS accurately.
- Educates patients about procedures and ensures comfort.
- Maintains infection control and uses PPE.
- Cleans and maintains equipment and exam rooms.
- Collaborates with radiologists and other healthcare providers.
