Job summary

Ally Waste is hiring Part-Time, Night Trash Collectors (Trash Valet). Earn $70 / night working a short evening schedule (7 nights per week). As a Trash Valet, you will collect tied trash bags from apartment doorsteps and take them to the community dumpster.

You play an important role in helping keep apartment communities clean and running smoothly. Shifts run Sunday through Sunday evenings starting at 8 pm and typically take 1–2 hours per night.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with proof of insurance.
• Reliable transportation – open bed pickup truck required.
• Smartphone for app usage.
• Ability to carry up to 30 lbs and walk stairs, 1–2 hours of activity per shift.

Responsibilities

• Walk the apartment community collecting tied trash bags from residents’ doorsteps.
• Transport bags to the designated dumpster area.
• Take and upload photos in our company app.
• Follow safety guidelines using provided PPE.
• Work independently outdoors in all weather conditions.
