Job summary

Ally Waste is hiring Part-Time, Night Trash Collectors (Trash Valet). Earn $45 / night working a short evening schedule (5 nights per week). As a Trash Valet, you will collect tied trash bags from apartment doorsteps and take them to the community dumpster, helping keep residential grounds clean.

Schedule is Sunday-Thursday evenings with a 7pm start; shifts typically last 1–2 hours. You’ll work outdoors in all weather, wear PPE, and upload photos in our company app.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License and Proof of Auto Insurance listed as a covered driver.
• Reliable transportation to and from our routes.
• Smartphone use for the company app.

Responsibilities

• Walk the apartment community collecting tied trash bags from residents' doorsteps.
• Transport bags to the designated dumpster area.
• Take and upload photos in our company app.
• Follow safety guidelines using provided PPE.
• Work independently outdoors in all weather conditions.
