Job summary

Ally Waste is hiring part-time Night Trash Collectors (Trash Valet) to earn $60 per night with an evening schedule (5 nights per week). As a Trash Valet, you’ll collect tied bags from apartment doorsteps and transport them to the community dumpster, helping keep communities clean.

Shifts run Sunday through Thursday evenings starting at 7pm, typically 1–2 hours per night. Must have a valid driver's license, proof of auto insurance, reliable transport with an open-bed pickup, and a smartphone.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance with you listed as a covered driver.
• Reliable transportation and a valid open bed pickup truck as required.
• Smartphone and ability to stay active walking short distances outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Walk the apartment community collecting tied trash bags from residents' doorsteps.
• Transport bags to the designated dumpster area.
• Take and upload photos in our company app.
• Follow safety guidelines using provided PPE.
• Work independently outdoors in all weather conditions.
