Job summary

Ally Waste is seeking a part-time Night Trash Collector (Trash Valet) to work the 8pm start time on Sunday through Thursday evenings. You’ll collect trash bags from apartment doorsteps and haul them to the community dumpster, earning $65 per night with short, consistent shifts.

Shifts typically last 1–2 hours, and you will upload photos in the app while following PPE safety protocols. This role supports clean, well-maintained apartment communities.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance required.
• Reliable transportation and smartphone required.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and be active 1–2 hours per shift.

Responsibilities

• Walk apartment communities collecting tied trash bags from residents' doorsteps.
• Transport bags to the designated dumpster area.
• Take and upload photos in the company app.
• Follow safety guidelines with PPE provided.
• Work independently outdoors in all weather conditions.
