Job summary

CEVA Logistics is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead a large outbound transportation operation at a customer facility, overseeing 40 drivers across five remote domiciles and driving 13K+ miles per night across OH, IN, MI, KY, PA, VA and WV.

The role requires DOT/FMC regulation knowledge, strong safety focus, and 2–5 years of supervisory experience in transportation or distribution. CEVA offers competitive benefits and growth opportunities within a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s preferred in Transportation, Logistics, or related field.
• 2–5 years driver supervisory experience in transportation, distribution or manufacturing.
• 2–5 years working in the Transportation industry.
• Automotive, Grocery and/or Food Industry experience preferred.
• Familiarity with FMCSR and DOT regulations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with DOT, OSHA and CEVA requirements.
• Instruct hourly employees on material handling and work methods.
• Monitor productivity and quality of work.
• Provide routing instructions to drivers.
• Audit logs and train staff to audit logs.
