Donor Network of Arizona is seeking a Tissue Recovery Technician to support our mission of increasing donations. The role performs tissue recovery procedures per protocol and maintains a clean, safe operating room environment during nightly shifts.

Requirements include a high school diploma, ability to lift 50-75 lbs, and strong communication skills. Preferred experience includes at least 6 months surgical tech and knowledge of biological sciences; travel may be required.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or higher education.
• Excellent human relations and oral/written communication skills.
• Ability to lift 50-75lbs.
• Preferred experience: 6 months surgical technology; knowledge of biological sciences; 1-2 years tissue recovery.

Responsibilities

• Circulator / Back Table support during procedures.
• Procurement Technician duties as assigned.
• Ocular Recovery – Cornea / Whole Eye tasks.
• Medical Record Review as part of case documentation.
• Out of town travel as needed.
