Job summary

Chick-fil-A Boise Front of House is seeking team members to join a friendly, guest-focused restaurant team. You can pursue part-time or full-time hours, and we value reliability, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn and grow.

Leadership development is available for motivated teammates. You'll help create remarkable guest experiences by greeting guests, taking orders, serving with speed and care, and maintaining a clean dining room.

Qualifications

• Availability for dinner/closing shifts (at least 3 per week)
• Willingness to learn and grow
• Ability to lift 25–40 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods

Responsibilities

• Welcoming every guest with genuine hospitality

Pay & Opportunities

Front of House Team Member

• Part-Time (Closing or 3 weekday lunches/week):Starting at$15.00/hr, with opportunities to earn up to $16.50/hrafter completing training.
• Full-Time:Starting at$15.75/hr, with opportunities to earn up to $17.25/hrafter completing training.

Leadership Opportunities

• Full-Time Team Leader:$18.90/hr
• Part-Time Team Leader:$17.85/hr

Additional Pay Rates

• Part-Time (non-closing):$12.00/hr
• Under 16 years old:$9.00/hr

Please Note:

• Pay is based onyour availability during the school year, not summer availability.
• We are hiring forlong-term team membersand arenot currently hiring for seasonal-only positions.
