Job summary

Virtua Health in Burlington, NJ is seeking a Telemetry Technician to monitor ECGs and support the nursing team on the night shift.

Under RN supervision, you will interpret monitors, document rhythms, and communicate any changes promptly to nursing staff. The role requires 3–6 months of experience, knowledge of dysrhythmia, SPO2 monitoring, and strong organizational skills. Hourly pay ranges from $18.89 to $27.81 with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 3–6 months previous experience preferred.
• Knowledge of dysrhythmia and SPO2 monitoring and alarm response preferred.
• Strong organizational and interprofessional skills.
• Ability to manage multiple and simultaneous responsibilities and to prioritize scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Continuously observes and interprets ECG monitors and reports changes to the RN.
• Documents calculations and interpretations on required forms.
• Supports the healthcare team, patients and families as needed.
• Demonstrates patient safety principles when processing and using equipment.
• Participates in orientation and performance improvement activities.
