Job summary

Cape Fear Valley Medical Center in Fayetteville, NC is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for the 6 South Medical Telemetry unit to provide professional nursing care during night shifts. You will assess patients, organize care, administer medications, and support a safe environment.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Nursing or equivalent required.
• Bachelors Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Current licensure in North Carolina as a Registered Nurse or Compact state licensure.

Responsibilities

• Assesses the patient and identifies patient care needs.
• Plans, organizes, implements, and evaluates patient care.
• Administers medication as ordered by physician.
• Functions as charge nurse as assigned.
• Establishes collaborative interdisciplinary relationships with other Health System staff and medical staff.
• Maintains an accurate and relevant record of patient care.
