Job summary

Domnovate is seeking an experienced RN for a night-shift, 13-week W-2 assignment in Cleveland, Ohio. You will care for patients in a demanding step-down environment, using critical-care skills, clear communication, and EPIC documentation to support patient progress.

Requirements include an Ohio RN license, AHA BLS and ACLS, and at least one year in critical care or step-down, with weekend/holiday rotation and a 7 p.m.–7 a.m. schedule.

Qualifications

• Active RN license for Ohio.
• AHA BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Minimum 1 year of critical-care or step-down experience.
• Clear clinical communication and EPIC documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care on night shift in a step-down unit.
• Monitor patients and recognize early changes in status.
• Coordinate with care teams and ensure safe progress of recovery.
• Document accurately in EPIC and communicate clearly with the team.
