AdventHealth in Lenexa, KS is seeking a Full-Time Night Monitor Technician to support telemetry monitoring and patient care. The role involves recognizing abnormal ECG patterns, documenting findings, and communicating with the nursing team.

It also requires maintaining telemetry logs, alarms, and participating in quality improvement initiatives. Preferred candidates have basic computer skills, strong English communication, and the ability to work flexible hours including weekends.

Qualifications

• Monitor tech experience or completion of AdventHealth Monitor Technician training or equivalent.
• Must read, write, and speak conversational English.
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Document in accordance with department policy and maintain telemetry logbook.
• Observe monitors, document normal/abnormal ECG patterns, notify nursing staff of abnormalities.
• Maintain monitor alarms per policy and ensure alarms are audible each shift.
• Participate in practice changes from performance improvement activities and uphold quality standards.
• Assist in maintaining a clean, organized work environment and proper equipment sanitation.
