Job summary

Johnsonville Sausage, LLC seeks a Team Leader for Blending - Nights at our Denmark, WI facility. The role directs blending and seasoning activities for safe, efficient production of raw meat products, ensuring GMP and USDA compliance.

Hours are 6pm–6am on a 2-2-3 schedule, with responsibilities spanning setup, scheduling, documentation, and continuous improvement. The position requires leadership experience, strong math and communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Leadership experience preferred
• MAS500 exposure helpful
• Strong math, attention to detail
• Able to work in fast-paced environment
• Good reading and interpretive skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee blending room setup and operation to meet schedule
• Adjust operator schedules to ensure production needs are met
• Review paperwork including batch sheets and logs
• Plan and schedule regrind usage and manage inventory
• Monitor blend during mixing and assist with spice weighing
• Complete daily production reports and track staffing and downtime
• Update SOPs and ensure compliance with GMP/lockout-tagout
• Communicate issues to Plant Manager and support a safe environment
