Job summary

Salm Partners is seeking a Blending Supervisor at our Denmark, WI facility. You will direct blending and seasoning activities to ensure safe, compliant production for raw meat products, and uphold GMP and USDA requirements.

The role is at 590 Woodrow Street with a 2-2-3 schedule from 6pm to 6am, requiring leadership and meticulous process oversight. Responsibilities include equipment setup, scheduling, paperwork review, inventory control, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in blending operations and leadership preferred.
• Strong math, reading and interpretation of procedures.
• Proficiency with ERP systems like MAS500 or similar.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the set up and operation of the blending room to meet the schedule.
• Adjust operator schedules to ensure production needs are met.
• Review batch sheets and rework logs for accuracy.
• Plan and schedule regrind and manage inventory within specs.
• Monitor blend during mixing and assist with weighing spices.
