Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Night Supervisor (RN/LPN) to serve as the overnight clinical anchor, ensuring resident safety, supervising care teams, and maintaining medication and documentation standards.

This role requires an active RN or LPN license, graduation from an approved nursing program, and 1+ year of senior care or clinical experience, with strong assessment, delegation, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor resident health and respond to condition changes.

• Oversee medication administration and narcotic counts.
• Transcribe physician orders and update Service Plans.
• Ensure documentation meets regulatory standards.
• Serve as liaison with physicians, pharmacy, and families.
