What You’ll Be Doing

We are seeking an efficient Janitorial Supervisor to oversee our janitorial staff. Responsibilities include scheduling shifts, monitoring attendance, reporting absences, conducting performance reviews, and making recommendations regarding promotions, transfers, and dismissals.

Janitorial Supervisor Responsibilities

• Assign duties and inspect work to meet standards.
• Issue supplies and equipment.
• Manage inventory and inform management of supply levels.
• Provide training and guidance.
• Resolve conflicts efficiently.
• Attend meetings and training sessions.
• Perform janitorial duties during staff shortages.

Janitorial Supervisor Requirements

• Proven supervisory experience in janitorial services.
• Knowledge of cleaning methods.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. (E-Verify).
• Commitment to diversity and inclusion.

Work hours: Monday-Friday, 5:00PM-1:00AM.
