Job summary

Structure Tone in Philadelphia, PA is seeking a Night Superintendent to oversee high-end renovations and construction projects. You will drive quality, client satisfaction, and profitability, coordinating electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems throughout the project lifecycle.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in commercial construction management, experience with Procore/Bluebeam/Microsoft Suite, and a background from sub-contractor environments, with exposure to Corporate Interiors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or construction science preferred.
• 7+ years in commercial construction management.
• Coming from the sub-contractor world, exposure to Corporate Interiors work desired.
• Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Suite.

Responsibilities

• Oversight of electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems throughout the construction management process.
• Manage all staff assigned to project and relationship management among project owner, owner’s tenants and all professional groups involved.
• Oversee timely and accurate completion of all documentation and administrative aspects relating to project management execution.
• Oversee mechanical, electrical and plumbing trades and coordination
• Monitor schedules, spending and related.
• Complete or review project reports for accuracy, provide status and financial reports and project schedules.
• Performs final review of constructions projects including bid reviews, bid procedures, vendor & subcontractor qualifications, final estimates, labor & materials takeoffs.
• Review of subcontractor and vendor invoices
• Approve payment or negotiate changes.
• Prepare and submit change orders for approval by clients and director of operations.
• Ensure subcontractors are advised of all change orders
• Prepare all close out documentation including warranty information, affidavits, record drawings,
• Ensure final payments are received from clients and appropriate invoices paid to subcontractors
