Responsibilities

• Projects sales, product movement, labor needs.
• Manage and motivate staff, recruit staff, train and develop staff, according to company policies and employment laws.
• Manage cash and payment systems with staff and customer safety as priority.
• Manage stock and upkeep of equipment, fixtures and merchandise.
• Establishes daily work assignments and priorities for store employees.
• Receive and unload truck deliveries and conduct store closing procedures.
• Attend meetings and contribute to store strategy.
