Qualifications

• Possess full range of motion on shoulders, arms, hands, legs, and feet.
• Knowledge of total store operations.
• Follows dress code.
• Follows established safety policies and procedures.
• Follows written and oral instructions.
• Works well with others.
• Subject to pre-employment background and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise night shift operations.
• Manage and motivate staff; recruit, train and develop staff.
• Manage cash and payment systems with safety as priority.
• Oversee stock and merchandise; report stock levels.
• Ensure health, safety, and security procedures.
• Attend meetings and contribute to strategy.
• Close store procedures every night.
