Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience
• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (for example, Academy trainings, Open Door trainings, etc.)
• Preferred: Bachelor in Business Management and Leadership; experience supervising 5+ direct reports

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by teaching, training and listening to associates
• Drives sales and financial performance by managing PL, budgeting and controlling expenses
• Coordinates activities with key stakeholders and supports plans to meet customer and business needs
• Provides supervision and development opportunities, setting clear expectations and recognizing performance
• Ensures compliance with policies and Open Door guidance
