Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years of college; OR 1 year of retail experience and 1 year of supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms, CBC and training may be required.
• Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store teams by training and providing feedback.
• Drive financial performance by reviewing PL statements, budgeting, forecasting and controlling expenses.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and adherence to the One Best Way service model.
• Maintain Open Door Policy and promote a culture of belonging and inclusion.

Education

2 years of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
