Job summary

Walmart in Middletown, DE seeks an experienced store leader to drive performance and develop teams. You will teach training, coach associates, set expectations, and implement change initiatives while delivering exceptional customer service through the One Best Way model.

The role oversees budgeting, merchandising, and operations to meet sales, shrink control, and profit goals, while building a coaching culture that values belonging and continuous learning across all levels of staff.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms, CBC and training may be required.
• Associates will attend all job-required trainings and assessments.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops store teams, teaching training and feedback.
• Drives store financial performance through budgeting, forecasting and expenses.
• Ensures customer service standards and resolves issues using the One Best Way model.
• Maintains compliance with policies via Open Door guidance and ethics.
