Qualifications

• Two years of college education or equivalent.
• Retail experience with supervisory responsibilities or general work experience with supervision.
• Ability to lead and develop teams, set expectations and coach performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store teams, teaching and coaching associates.
• Drive store financial performance by managing budgets, forecasting and cost control.
• Ensure high-quality customer service and resolve issues using OBW service model.
• Oversee store operations, merchandising, inventory flow and process improvements.
