Job summary

WinCo Foods is hiring for a stock replenishment role to maintain and rotate products, ensuring shelves are stocked and customers are well served. The role involves night shifts from 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM in a 24/7 operation, with emphasis on friendly, efficient service and accurate stock management.

Applicants should be able to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally, work in various weather conditions, and comply with safety and training requirements including Food Handlers Certification as applicable.

Qualifications

• Must be able to provide friendly, courteous service to customers and coworkers.
• Good communication and teamwork in a fast-paced grocery environment.
• Able to stand, lift and move items for extended periods.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy and safety.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Food Handlers Certification (per state laws) are required or obtained per policy.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and replenish stock safely to meet customer needs.
• Stock, rotate, and face products; discard outdated items as needed.
• Build product displays and operate related equipment (hand trucks, pallet jacks).
• Provide friendly, courteous customer service and assist shoppers.
• Perform duties with honesty and integrity and follow company policies.
