Job summary

WinCo Foods is seeking a stock associate to maintain shelf stock and support a fast-paced grocery environment. You will engage with customers, ensure product quality, and help with merchandising and safety tasks on a 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM shift.

Responsibilities include stocking, rotating stock, building displays, and operating pallet jacks. Training and teamwork are emphasized as part of daily duties.

Qualifications

• Food Handlers Certification required by state laws.
• Ability to provide friendly, courteous service to customers.
• Ability to work varied nights in a 24/7 operation, including weekends and holidays.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally and 40 lbs. frequently.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes, engages, serves and thanks customers with a friendly, courteous attitude.
• Maintains stock quality by stocking, rotating, and facing products; discards outdated items.
• Builds product displays and operates hand trucks and pallet jacks.
• Performs ordering, cutting of cases, pricing and tagging merchandise.
• Maintains a safe, sanitary work environment and follows safety policies.
• May train other employees and perform duties as assigned.
